This website is a B2B third-party service provider specializing in MOF & SSM-related services in Malaysia. We are not affiliated with the Companies Commission Of Malaysia (SSM) and offer our services independently to assist both individuals and businesses with SSM-related processes.
STEPS TO APPLY FOR THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE (MOF) FINANCIAL LICENSE
1. COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM
The applicant must fill in the application form provided on this website.
2. APPLICATION REVIEW
Our team will review the submitted form and provide any additional eligibility requirements that need to be fulfilled.
If we require your ePerolehan (EP) user ID and password, please cooperate by providing your EP login details to the assigned staff in charge.
3. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Applicants must submit all required documents to us. All documents must be provided in separate PDF files.

New MOF Registration:
Declaration Form (request via message reply)
Company Verification Letter (request via message reply)
Bank Account Verification Form (request via message reply)
Complete SSM Documents (Enterprise) / SSM e-Info MyDATA (Sdn. Bhd.)
Latest Company Current Account Statement (minimum balance ≥ RM2,500)
Copy of Owner’s & Employees’ MyKad
Premise Ownership Document (if owned)
Signed & Stamped Tenancy Agreement (if rented)
Cheque Signatory Resolution (Sdn. Bhd. only, verified by Company Secretary)
MOF Renewal – Additional Documents:
Copy of Form A / EPF Contribution Statement (if operating from business premises)
Copy of EPF Contribution Receipt (if operating from business premises)
4. APPLICATION PROCESSING
We will submit your completed application for processing through the Ministry of Finance Malaysia’s procurement system.
For applications made using deposit payments, the remaining balance must be settled once your MOF application is approved.
5. ISSUANCE OF THE FINANCIAL LICENSE CERTIFICATE
Once the application is approved, the certificate will be issued.
We will send the certificate to the applicant via email.
